Refund policy

We Matter Mental Health Services truly strive to offer our customers an excellent product and customer experience. Our goal is always to provide customers with a product without deficiencies and defects. However, if you feel we did not hit our mark, we are happy to assist you. Our refund/return policy is listed below:

  1. All sales are final
  2. We Matter Mental Health, LLC will replace any damaged product within 30 days of receiving the shipment if purchased directly from www.wemattermhs.com, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, and eBay. 
  3. To submit a product complaint, please email us at wemattermhs@gmail.com and submit an image of the damaged item and a copy of your invoice.
  4. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to review the complaint.
