Refund policy
We Matter Mental Health Services truly strive to offer our customers an excellent product and customer experience. Our goal is always to provide customers with a product without deficiencies and defects. However, if you feel we did not hit our mark, we are happy to assist you. Our refund/return policy is listed below:
- All sales are final
- We Matter Mental Health, LLC will replace any damaged product within 30 days of receiving the shipment if purchased directly from www.wemattermhs.com, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, and eBay.
- To submit a product complaint, please email us at wemattermhs@gmail.com and submit an image of the damaged item and a copy of your invoice.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for us to review the complaint.
